Cancellation Policy
Trips To Paradise Jamaica — Please read carefully before booking.
1. Saver Rate (Non-Refundable)
Cancellation: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
Prepayment: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
This rate is 10% cheaper than the Standard Rate but is completely non-refundable.
2. Standard Rate (Moderate)
Cancellation: The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
Prepayment: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 5 days before arrival.
3. Fully Refundable Rate
Cancellation: The guest can cancel free of charge anytime. The guest will be refunded the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
Prepayment: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation after booking (fully refundable upon cancellation).
This rate is 20% more than the Standard Rate for maximum flexibility.
4. No-Shows
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, this will be treated as a no-show. The full reservation amount will be charged regardless of rate plan selected.
5. Early Departure
If you check out earlier than your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights, regardless of rate plan.
6. Cancellation by Host
In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
7. How to Cancel
Email us at sales@tripstoparadiseja.com with your booking reference and full name.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
